Cadetship

MH2 have identified that younger people respond better in a work environment where a supportive and collaborative programme exists with the worker, employer and client. Some people are happy to go to work and do their job, others want more. To this end MH2 offers a cadet programme for interested, eager and motivated individuals to help engage, educate and mould quality staff. 

These individuals are eager to learn more about the job, the industry and the company that they are placed with.

We have personalised programmes for selected people where they are placed with our clients and are fully immersed in learning more, by working and experiencing different areas of the company. There are regular feedback sessions plus an opportunity to attend courses to ensure compliance with health and safety and certification to continue growth in the workplace.

The end result will bring a more experienced and qualified individual to the workforce, ready to embark on a full time career.
