Our Company
Simon Poll started MH2 Recruitment in 2015 with the vision for a reliable and trustworthy labour hire company specialising in temporary, contract, and permanent placements. We are based in Auckland but will travel to where our prospective workers are based so that we can better match workers to our clients location.
Our brand and business are based on a solid foundation of core values that help us build long relationships with our satisfied clients and workers alike to contribute to everyone’s success.

Our Achievements
Our progress continues to trend upward and are working with a number of companies within Traffic Management, Road Marking, Civil Construction and Facilities Management where our unique style and good work was recognised in 2019 as we celebrated being a finalist in the Chamber of Commerce / Westpac Business Awards for Employer of the Year category.
Our People
Simon Poll
Simon Poll spent 21 years in the travel industry and 8 years sport management and is now firmly entrenched in recruitment and central to each of these businesses are the staple of dealing with people, processes and communication.
Sonya Cox
Sonya Cox came from a training and employment coaching background having worked for a contracted provider to the Ministry of Social Development for over 4 years whilst completing her Diploma in Career of Guidance and Counselling. Sonya was placing her clients into employment with Simon, was taken with his vision and passion and eventually became part of the MH2 journey in late 2017.
Both Simon and Sonya encapsulate the values of MH2 in being Honest, Active, Reliable and Driven and share a desire to engage these with our workforce so that the same positivity flows into our clients
